Our cancellation policy is the same as with AirBnB, except that in addition, if you have to cancel and we get a new booking for your dates we will refund the full amount to you irrespective of when you cancel.

AirBnB booking policy:

• Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in*
• After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in
• No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in

*If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in

In addition to the above, we will give you a full refund if we get a new booking for your dates, irrespective of when you cancel.

If we receive a new booking for fewer nights than your booking, we will refund 50% of the cost of those nights that were not part of the new booking.
