Independent Cottages does not add any commission. The price you see on their website is the price to be paid.

Please note: During July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrival and departure on Fridays.

At Christmas the minimum stay is also 7 nights, but with flexible arrival/departure days.

For other months the minimum stay is 3 nights, with flexible arrival and departure days, and a discount is applied for stays of more than 3 nights.

Maximum stay is 14 nights.

Once we have approved your booking request a 20% deposit is payable to confirm your reservation.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before your check-in date.

A security deposit of £250 is payable with the balance 6 weeks before your check-in date. This is repaid within 3 days of your check-out.
